Founders diligence you before you diligence them
The good ones do it first, quietly, and you never find out you were screened out.
Two fields, no card, nothing to cancel. Your name and one link that is definitely you.
- The ten results a client sees when they search your name, and which of them can be shown to be you.
- The people you share your name with, and what comes up for them.
- A straight answer on whether this work would help you, including when it would not.
Marta Lindqvist is not a real person and this is not anybody's data. It is what the free report looks like.
This is the screen that decides it
Your name plus the fund. Then your name on its own. Not the phrase that flatters the answer, the one a real person types.

Marta Lindqvist is not a real person. This is an example, built the way a real one is built, and the wording on the left is the sort of answer these assistants genuinely give when they cannot tell two people apart. We will not print a real client's answers on a sales page, and we will not tell you what any assistant will say tomorrow. What we will do is show you yours as it stands today.
Why that happens
What comes back instead, in practice.
- The fund's site, which lists a team and a thesis.
- A stale Crunchbase entry from two roles ago.
- Someone else with your name who is easier to find than you are.
Deal flow is competitive and you are the product.
A founder choosing between two term sheets is choosing between two people. The one they can find out about is the one they can trust.
Your track record is only useful if it is attached to you.
Exits and board seats scattered across press releases and company filings do not add up to anything unless something joins them together.
Assistants now answer this question for people.
Somebody asks an assistant who you are before the first call. It answers from what is published and joined up, not from your website's About page.
A founder's record and their company's pull on each other through the public register. We have seen a new company inherit what attached to a director's previous one in a single hop. The same mechanism works in your favour when the record is right, and against you when it is not.Measured, ours, dated
The fixes, in the order that matters
Ranked by what moves first, not by what costs most. The free one is marked free, because if every row claimed to be hard you would not believe the ones that are.
- 1
A page at your own name
Everything else points at this, so it goes first. It carries the small hidden labels a search engine reads to tell one person of your name from another.
£350Have us do it - 2
The record other places point back to
One entry, every claim sourced to something already published, holding the job title you settled on. This is the part search engines and assistants read back.
£750Have us do it - 3
Two more places carrying the same details
No single listing counts for much. Several agreeing is what makes a search engine confident it has the right person.
In the £1,250 setHave us do it - 4
Matching handles, and a link back from each
Genuinely free, and an evening's work. We are telling you so because if every row claimed to be hard you would not believe the ones that are.
FreeDo it yourself
Not sure which of those you actually need? That is what the free one tells you, and it is the only way to find out without guessing.
See what comes back, freeHow it is done
Five steps, about a fortnight. You approve every word before anything is published.
- 1
Settle one name and one job title
Whichever version you want treated as the real one. Everything after this copies it.
- 2
Build the page you control
At your own name, carrying the labels a search engine reads.
- 3
Join up what already exists
Your profiles, your firm, your Companies House record, all declared as one person rather than several who share a name.
- 4
Get other places to agree
Independent listings carrying identical details.
- 5
Keep it true
Titles change and firms change. A record right in March and wrong by June is worse than none.
None of that starts until you have seen the report and said yes.
See what comes back, freeWhat it costs
Bought separately these come to about £1,500, so the set is the cheaper route. The three month refund attaches to the set.
Your own page
- A page at your own name
- The hidden labels a search engine reads
- Your checklist, with a guide for every row
The record
- Everything in the page
- The entry search engines and assistants read back
- Every claim sourced to something published
The full set
- Everything above
- about.me and Wikitia, carrying the same details
- Your first piece of independent coverage
- Refunded in full if no panel appears in three months
What we will not do
- We never invent a fact. If a deal was not announced, it does not go in, however good it would look.
- Promise you a knowledge panel. Google decides when one appears and publishes no rule for it, so we guarantee the money back instead.
- Write a word about you that is not already published somewhere we can point at.
- Put anything live before you have read it and said yes.
- Charge you for the rows you can genuinely do yourself in an evening. They are marked free above.
Questions we get asked
What if a deal was never announced?
Then it does not go in. Every line of your record is sourced to something already published, which is exactly why the record holds up when somebody checks it. An unsourced claim is the fastest way to have the whole thing challenged.
Can you guarantee a knowledge panel?
No, and nobody can. Google decides when one appears and publishes no rule for it. Anyone who promises you one is selling something they do not control. What we do instead is refund the full set if none appears within three months, which is the only honest way to put a number on it.
Is this SEO?
No. SEO is about ranking pages for searches about a subject. This is about what comes back when somebody searches a person, which is built from what is published about you and whether it all agrees.
How long does it take?
The page and the record take about a fortnight. Whether a panel follows, and how quickly, depends on how much is already published about you. We tell you what we think after the free audit, before you pay anything.
What do you need from me?
Your job title exactly as you want it written, a photograph you own outright, and any professional memberships. The rest comes from public records.
