For businesses

Everyone checks you before they call

Two firms with the same name. A rebrand that only half happened. Directories carrying three different addresses for you. When the sources disagree, Google and the AI assistants either pick one at random or say nothing. We make them agree, and we make your company number the thing that proves which company is yours.

Free, and it is a real report. Two fields, no card, and we tell you if the work would make your problem worse before you pay us anything.

What the full package does for your company

Five pieces of work. Each one is a thing that either exists at the end or does not, so you can check we did it.

Labels on your own site

Search engines look for small hidden labels on a page saying this page is about a company, this is its name, this is its number, this is where it is registered and this is when it started. Most company sites carry none. We add them and confirm they are being served, not just sitting in a file.

You get: labels live on your site, checked over https

The permanent record

An item in the open reference file that Google and the AI assistants read from, built only from things already published about you, chiefly the public register. Your company number goes in it, so it is joined to you by an identifier rather than by a matching name.

You get: a record, sourced line by line

Pointing both ways

The record points at your site and your site points back at the record. A link in one direction only is the fault we refuse to pass for anybody, so we do not publish it for you either.

You get: the join closed, and shown to you

Your own profiles agreeing

LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Crunchbase and the directories that already list you, checked against one set of facts: the same name, the same address, the same phone number, and each one carrying a link home to your domain so it confirms the others.

You get: one set of facts, everywhere

One article placement

Real editorial on a site that is indexed and read by the AI tools, never a press release wire. A record with nothing published behind it is the easiest kind to challenge and remove, so this is not an extra, it is what makes the rest hold.

You get: one published article, named outlet

Where the facts come from

Every line is sourced to something already published about you, chiefly the public register. We never invent a fact about a client.

What joins it to you

Your company number, not your name. A matching name is how the wrong company ends up on your page one.

What we will not say

Nobody can promise what Google chooses to show, so we do not. The section below explains why, and it costs us sales.

What it costs

The same five pieces either way. The only difference is when you pay for them.

Sorted in a month

£1,250 once

All five, done in about a month. One payment, nothing recurring.

Start with the free audit

Spread over a year

£125 a month

The same five pieces of work, paid monthly across twelve months instead of up front.

Start with the free audit

Both begin with the free audit, because it decides whether this is the right work for you at all. We would rather lose the sale than take it wrongly.

What we do not promise you

On the personal record we refund in full if no knowledge panel appears within three months. We do not offer that on a company, and the reason is worth reading.

Because we have not done it for a company yet

We stand behind the personal result because we have produced it: a client went from nothing to a panel in eleven days, with no press bought and no links bought. We have not produced that outcome for a company, and we ran the experiment on our own business before selling it to anybody, which found a company named after two ordinary English words is a much harder subject than a person with a distinctive one.

So the promise here is about the work rather than the outcome. The five pieces above are delivered or you get your money back. Nobody can guarantee what Google chooses to show, and a supplier who tells you otherwise is guessing with your money.

And the part that is advice, not a product

Some of what companies ask us for has no finish line, so it cannot honestly carry a fixed price.

The five pieces above

Fixed price, about a month

Building the record, the labels, the joins and the placement. We know what finished looks like before we start, so we can quote it and you can check it.

Buy it, and hold us to the list.

A conversation instead

Scoped and priced per month

A rebrand halfway through. A director whose last company follows them to this one. Two firms at one address confusing your reviews. Which of your trading names Google should settle on.

No checkout button, deliberately. A fixed price on judgement work is a promise about an outcome nobody can define.
Talk it through instead

Worth knowing before you buy anything

This one costs us sales and we say it anyway

If your company's problem is something attached to a director, building that director a stronger personal record makes it worse, not better. Search engines connect people to companies through the public register, so a denser record on the person makes whatever is attached to them easier to reach from the company, not harder.

We check for that in the free audit, and we will tell you before taking your money. The fix in that case is to make the company stand on its own attributes, which is a different job.

Two systems people mix up

Both real, both worth having, and confusing them wastes money.

Maps and reviews work on name, address and phone. Two firms at one address are read as one place, and reviews carry across a rename, which is usually an asset rather than a problem.
Never open a second Google Business Profile at the same address. It gets merged or suspended, and a suspension can cost you the listing and every review on it. If somebody has told you to do this, come and talk to us first.
What is written about you travels a different way, through who cites whom, which is the other system and a separate job. That is the one this page is about.

Start with the free audit

It shows what comes up for your company today, which of those results are actually yours, and whether the company stands on its own or leans on a person. That last line is the one that decides which of the two things above you actually need.

Two fields and no card. A real report, written by a person.

01

You give us the name and one link. Nothing else, and it takes a minute.

02

We run the checks and read the results. What comes up, which of it is yours, and what the register actually says.

03

You get the report and a straight answer on whether this work would help you, including when it would not.

Prices

All figures exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. UK customers pay 20 per cent. Outside the UK, nothing is added.

Two separate things

The personal record and the company record are different pieces of work. Buying one does not include the other, and we will tell you which you need rather than sell you both.
